A collective mind for your organization.

Zwerm is an AI agent your community chats with. It remembers what everyone knows, needs, and can offer — and connects the right people so ideas become action.

It starts with a conversation

Ask. It finds your people.

Members ask it things the way they'd ask that one friend who knows everybody. The brain knows the whole community and matches the right people so they can start building together. The end goal is always to have people meet in real life, away from screens and algorithms.

  1. We're renaming our studio and want a logo that doesn't look like everyone else's. Who here does brand design?

  4. Nel Vandenberghematched on skills

An illustrator known for hand-drawn identities for small local brands. She told me she loves a rename, because it's a clean slate.

  5. Robbe Mertensmatched on project

Renamed his own agency last year and learned what not to do the hard way — including the domain-name trap.

Zwerm is live!

What the brain does, today.

  • An agent you chat with

Members talk to it on their phone or laptop, in their own language — or out loud, at a voice booth in the hub. Everything below happens inside that conversation.

  • A living map of your people

It learns who's working on what, what they need, and what they can offer — a social map nobody has to maintain.

  • Introductions

It notices when two members should meet — and tells them why.

  • Collective memory

Ask it anything your community once knew — what one member shares, everyone can build on.

  • Knowledge archive

Talks, documents, recordings — everything the community produces, in one searchable place.

  • Community feed

A living picture of what's moving, drawn from real conversations.

  • Voice booths

Live-voice booths at your community's hubs — in the lobby, at the bar, at the event. Walk up and talk to the brain out loud.

Why Zwerm exists

The people you're looking for are already nearby.

Somewhere between the feed and the group chat, we stopped running into each other. It became easier to admire a stranger on the other side of the world than to meet the person three streets away dreaming the same thing you are.

Our brains evolved for small, local groups — a village where you knew everyone, and simply knew who to ask for what. Modern communities outgrew that: bigger, more scattered, no square where everyone crosses paths, and far more people than one mind was ever built to map. So the question “who around here could help me with this?” quietly stopped having an answer.

Zwerm takes on the part our brains can't: a shared mind that lives inside a real community — an incubator, an organization, a festival — learns what everyone is making, wanting, and willing to carry, and quietly weaves the introductions a village square used to.

  1. Local first

The fifteen people within cycling distance beat a thousand strangers online.

  2. Imagination, amplified

People bring the spark. The brain helps carry it into the real world.

  3. Memory belongs to everyone

Every conversation feeds one memory the whole community can ask.

  4. Positive-sum by design

It hunts for the overlaps where helping you helps me too.

Get started

How a brain comes alive.

There's no install button. Every brain is grown with the community it belongs to.

  1. stop 1

    Say hello

Tell us about your people — who they are, where they gather, and what's waiting to happen between them.

  2. stop 2

    We shape it together

Its voice, its channels, the booths it stands in, the questions it asks. Every brain is grown by hand.

  3. stop 3

    It starts listening

Members talk to it in chat, by voice or at gatherings, and it builds a shared memory of who knows, needs and offers what.

  4. stop 4

    The swarm starts moving

Introductions happen. Ideas find hands. Conversations turn into gatherings, collaborations, and things that exist in the real world.
