Welcome. This is an early prototype of a collective-memory agent for place-rooted communities. By using it you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. What this is

This app lets you talk (by voice or chat) to an AI agent that gets to know you and the community around you, so it can surface useful connections and collaborations. The agent is AI, not a human, and it can be wrong, incomplete, or make things up. Don't rely on it for important decisions.

Everything you say to the agent is recorded and saved in our databases. This includes your messages, voice transcripts, and a profile the agent builds from your conversations. We use this data to:

run and improve the service,
build a shared "community brain" that can connect you with others, and
surface matches and suggestions to you and other members.

Parts of what you share may be summarised and made available to the wider community through the agent, gated by your privacy prompt which you can customize in the settings.

We keep this data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — not indefinitely. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Because this is an early beta and your input is stored and may be shared with the community, please do not share anything you wouldn't want kept or seen by others, including:

passwords, financial details, or government IDs,
health, legal, or other sensitive personal data,
confidential information that isn't yours to share,
private information about other people without their consent.

Only share what you're comfortable having stored and used as described above.

4. Your responsibilities

Be respectful. Don't harass, spam, or post unlawful or harmful content.
Don't try to break, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
You're responsible for the content you provide.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, lose data, or change at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
